What we do
in Lighthouse Point.
Every Lighthouse Point project is templated on site, cut in our Pompano Beach shop, and installed by the same crews that measured it. There is no subcontractor in the middle and no gap between what was promised at the estimate and what arrives at your door.
- —Kitchen countertops in quartz, granite, marble, and porcelain
- —Bathroom vanities and shower walls
- —Fireplace surrounds and feature walls
- —Outdoor summer kitchens and bar tops
Outdoor kitchens and dock bars are a regular request. We use the same stone as the interior so the transition from kitchen to dock feels continuous.
Natural stone is sealed in our shop before it is delivered, so it arrives ready for daily use. Quartz needs no sealing at all — see our stone care guide for the full maintenance picture.
Working in
Lighthouse Point.
Lighthouse Point sits on the water, and that shapes how a job is run here. Measurements are taken against finished walls, floors, and cabinetry rather than framing, and slabs travel by service elevator or stairwell, so we file a protection plan and carry current certificates of insurance for building management before the install date. Salt air matters too: natural stone here is sealed with a penetrating sealer in the shop before delivery, and we recommend re-sealing more often on the water than inland. Coastal installations also get stainless or otherwise non-corroding fasteners wherever hardware is exposed.
Broward County
Broward County is our home county and the shortest drive we have, because every slab is cut here in Pompano Beach. Most homes fall into three patterns. Mid-century ranch houses in Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and Wilton Manors are being opened up, which usually means a new island footprint and a seam plan that disappears into the layout. Planned communities in Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, and Cooper City have builder-standard layouts that benefit from a deeper island and a taller backsplash. Beachside towers from Hallandale Beach through Lauderdale-by-the-Sea are tighter, finished spaces where measuring carefully matters more than anything else.
The advantage of working in Broward is scheduling. A morning template can be cut the same afternoon and installed within days rather than weeks, which matters on a renovation where the countertop is the last thing holding up the sink and dishwasher. It also means a piece that needs adjusting is a short trip back to the shop instead of a rescheduled appointment.
