Stone fabrication
in Coral Springs.
A planned city of subdivisions with generous kitchens and consistent architectural styling. Full replacements and master bath vanities are the most common projects.
What we do
in Coral Springs.
Every Coral Springs project is templated on site, cut in our Pompano Beach shop, and installed by the same crews that measured it. There is no subcontractor in the middle and no gap between what was promised at the estimate and what arrives at your door.
- —Kitchen countertops in quartz, granite, marble, and porcelain
- —Bathroom vanities and shower walls
- —Fireplace surrounds and feature walls
- —Outdoor summer kitchens and bar tops
Because the housing was built in planned phases, we often see the same layout repeated up and down a street. That makes templating efficient without cutting corners.
Natural stone is sealed in our shop before it is delivered, so it arrives ready for daily use. Quartz needs no sealing at all — see our stone care guide for the full maintenance picture.
Working in
Coral Springs.
Coral Springs is an inland community, which changes the work in quieter ways. Most projects are single-family kitchens and bathrooms, and many sit inside a homeowners association that wants the scope on file before anything starts. Kitchens here are generally larger and more open than coastal layouts, so islands run longer and usually need a seam plan worked out around the sink and the cooktop so the seam lands where it will not be noticed.
Broward County
Broward County is our home county and the shortest drive we have, because every slab is cut here in Pompano Beach. Most homes fall into three patterns. Mid-century ranch houses in Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and Wilton Manors are being opened up, which usually means a new island footprint and a seam plan that disappears into the layout. Planned communities in Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, and Cooper City have builder-standard layouts that benefit from a deeper island and a taller backsplash. Beachside towers from Hallandale Beach through Lauderdale-by-the-Sea are tighter, finished spaces where measuring carefully matters more than anything else.
The advantage of working in Broward is scheduling. A morning template can be cut the same afternoon and installed within days rather than weeks, which matters on a renovation where the countertop is the last thing holding up the sink and dishwasher. It also means a piece that needs adjusting is a short trip back to the shop instead of a rescheduled appointment.
