What we do
in Pinecrest.

Every Pinecrest project is templated on site, cut in our Pompano Beach shop, and installed by the same crews that measured it. There is no subcontractor in the middle and no gap between what was promised at the estimate and what arrives at your door.

  • —Kitchen countertops in quartz, granite, marble, and porcelain
  • —Bathroom vanities and shower walls
  • —Fireplace surrounds and feature walls
  • —Outdoor summer kitchens and bar tops

Big islands, book-matched slabs, and multiple bathrooms in a single project. We sequence the work so you never lose every bathroom at once.

Natural stone is sealed in our shop before it is delivered, so it arrives ready for daily use. Quartz needs no sealing at all — see our stone care guide for the full maintenance picture.

Working in
Pinecrest.

Pinecrest is an inland community, which changes the work in quieter ways. Most projects are single-family kitchens and bathrooms, and many sit inside a homeowners association that wants the scope on file before anything starts. Kitchens here are generally larger and more open than coastal layouts, so islands run longer and usually need a seam plan worked out around the sink and the cooktop so the seam lands where it will not be noticed.

Miami-Dade County

Miami-Dade is our southern range and it behaves like its own market. The building stock is denser, with more high-rise and mid-rise condominiums in Aventura, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, and along Biscayne, and with condominium associations that require a certificate of insurance and a building protection plan before a crew is allowed upstairs. That paperwork normally has to be filed a week or two ahead of the install, which is the main reason Miami-Dade projects are scheduled further out than Broward ones.

Single-family work in Kendall, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, and Palmetto Bay runs closer to the rest of South Florida: larger kitchens, heavy islands, and a high share of outdoor kitchen and summer kitchen requests tied to year-round entertaining. Templating is still done in person and installation is still handled by our own crews, in every part of the county.
