Stone fabrication
in Miami.
The widest range of projects we do anywhere: downtown condos, historic neighborhoods, waterfront homes, and everything in between.
What we do
in Miami.
Every Miami project is templated on site, cut in our Pompano Beach shop, and installed by the same crews that measured it. There is no subcontractor in the middle and no gap between what was promised at the estimate and what arrives at your door.
- —Kitchen countertops in quartz, granite, marble, and porcelain
- —Bathroom vanities and shower walls
- —Fireplace surrounds and feature walls
- —Outdoor summer kitchens and bar tops
Brickell and downtown towers need building coordination; older neighborhoods need careful templating. We do both without changing our process.
Natural stone is sealed in our shop before it is delivered, so it arrives ready for daily use. Quartz needs no sealing at all — see our stone care guide for the full maintenance picture.
Working in
Miami.
Miami sits on the water, and that shapes how a job is run here. Measurements are taken against finished walls, floors, and cabinetry rather than framing, and slabs travel by service elevator or stairwell, so we file a protection plan and carry current certificates of insurance for building management before the install date. Salt air matters too: natural stone here is sealed with a penetrating sealer in the shop before delivery, and we recommend re-sealing more often on the water than inland. Coastal installations also get stainless or otherwise non-corroding fasteners wherever hardware is exposed.
Miami-Dade County
Miami-Dade is our southern range and it behaves like its own market. The building stock is denser, with more high-rise and mid-rise condominiums in Aventura, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, and along Biscayne, and with condominium associations that require a certificate of insurance and a building protection plan before a crew is allowed upstairs. That paperwork normally has to be filed a week or two ahead of the install, which is the main reason Miami-Dade projects are scheduled further out than Broward ones.
Single-family work in Kendall, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, and Palmetto Bay runs closer to the rest of South Florida: larger kitchens, heavy islands, and a high share of outdoor kitchen and summer kitchen requests tied to year-round entertaining. Templating is still done in person and installation is still handled by our own crews, in every part of the county.
